Leslie has been an active member in good standing with the Outer Banks Wedding Association as a professional ceremony vocalist and acoustic rhythm guitarist since 2000. It wasn't long afterwards when she began to hear the voice of God calling her into increased service, and she became an ordained minister in 2002.
Leslie is a member of the Assembly of God church in the town of Salvo on Hatteras Island. She holds the office of secretary, and is also the 'praise and worship’ music leader. She is ‘40-something’, married to husband Mike, and has two cats. Her ministerial services include baby dedications, adult baptisms and memorials.
